Privacy
What we collect, and what we don't.
This site is static. It sets no cookies of its own, runs no analytics, loads no third-party scripts, and stores nothing in your browser. The only data that leaves this page is what you type into the contact form.
What the contact form collects
Your name, your business name, your website address, your email address, an optional phone number, which service you selected, your preferred language, and whatever you write in the message box. Nothing else. There is no hidden field carrying anything about you.
Who processes it
The form is delivered by Web3Forms, which passes the submission to our inbox. We do not embed their script; the page calls their endpoint at the moment you press send, and not before. Their privacy policy governs what they do with the message in transit.
This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes request logs, including your IP address, for security and abuse prevention. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary bot-management cookie on its own account; we do not read it and it is not used to track you.
How long we keep it
Inquiry emails are retained for 24 months and then deleted. If you become a client, the records of your engagement are kept for as long as the engagement runs plus seven years, which is what our accountant and our insurer require.
What we never do
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with anyone outside the processors named above. We do not add you to a mailing list because you asked us a question — a service inquiry is not a subscription, and there is no pre-checked box anywhere on this site.
Access and deletion
Email hello@doelve.com and ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it. We will do it within 30 days whether or not a statute compels us to. A security firm that argues about a deletion request is not a security firm we would hire either.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will change the effective date at the top and note what changed. The history of this page is public in the site's repository.
