What we collect, and what we don't.
This site is static. It sets no cookies of its own, runs no analytics, loads no third-party scripts, and stores nothing in your browser. The only data that leaves this page is what you type into the contact form.
What the form collects
Your name, your phone number, your email address, and whatever you write in the message box. Nothing else. There is no hidden field carrying anything about you.
Who handles it
The form is delivered by Web3Forms, which passes the message to our inbox. We do not embed their script — the page calls their endpoint at the moment you press send, and not before.
This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes request logs, including your IP address, for security and abuse prevention. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary bot-management cookie on its own account; we don't read it and it isn't used to track you.
How long we keep it
Inquiry emails are kept for 24 months and then deleted. If you become a client, the records of the work are kept for as long as the engagement runs plus seven years, which is what our accountant and our insurer require.
What we never do
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with anyone outside the two companies named above. We do not add you to a mailing list because you asked us a question — a service inquiry is not a subscription, and there is no pre-checked box anywhere on this site.
Getting a copy, or getting it deleted
Email hello@doelve.com and ask. We'll do it within 30 days whether or not a law requires us to. A security company that argues about a deletion request is not one we'd hire either.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If this changes in a way that matters we'll change the date at the top and say what changed. The history of this page is public in the site's repository.
